Concert Band

Concert Band is a non-auditioned instrumental ensemble which is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop and refine technical skills on their instrument in an ensemble setting. Students will play a variety of music from all historical periods, study the characteristics of each period, and learn the correct styles of performance. Written projects i, n the areas of music history, performance , critiques, and musical composition, etc., may be used to reinforce other areas of the curriculum.
